摘    要:作为传感元件,被光纤Bragg光栅测量的物理量的信息是一种波长编码的绝对测量,然而,其本质的限制是对多变量的交叉敏感。实验表明:温度波动严重干扰了应变式光纤Bragg光栅传感器的测量,拉、压应变的标准误差为0.21mn和0.20mn.根据粘贴于悬臂梁上、下表面的光纤光栅的Bragg波长响应温度和应变的差异,分离了应变和温度的耦合信号,拉、压应变的标准误差降低到了0.005mn和0.20nm.根据粘贴于悬臂梁上、下表面的光纤光栅的Bragg波长响应温度和应变的差异,分离了应变和温度的耦合信号,拉、压应变的标准误差降低到了0.05mn和0.07mn.值得注意地是:在该机械补偿方案中,温度检测不是必需的。

Abstract:As a sensing element,its measurand information is a wavelength-encoded absolute quantity.However,the intrinsic limitation is the cross-sensitivity among multiple variations.The results show that the variation of temperature distrurbs severely the measurement of fiber Bragg grating sensor of strain type,and the standard errors of tension and compression strain are 0.21 nm and 0.20 nm.According to the discrepancy of responding temperature and stain of fiber Bragg grating mounted the upside and downside surface of catilever,the coupling signal is separated,and the standard errors of tension and compression srain are reduce to 0.05 nm and 0.07 nm.It is noteworthy that the temperature measurements is not the necessary in this mechanism-compensated scheme.
