摘    要:为了解决超硬材料粉末人工配料的缺陷,设计了一种基于AD7718的金属粉末自动配料系统。该系统使用螺旋机构配料,用Σ-Δ结构24位的AD7718实时采集物料的重量,根据不同粉末材料下料速度的不同,实时调整下料电机的速度及电机停止的提前量,从而达到对不同粉末的精确配料。实验及实际运行表明,该系统配料精度高,运行可靠,在金刚石、石墨等加工行业有很大的实用价值。

Abstract:In order to solve the defect of artificial batching of super hard material powder, an auto- batching system of super hard material powder was designed based on AD7718.It used screw machanism to batch material and AD7718 to gather the weight of material.It has the structure of Segma-Delta and its resolving power is 24 bits, according to the speed difference of different material, it can adjust the rotating speed of motor and the value of weight for stopping motor running so that it realize to batch material accurately.The result of running and experiment indicates that the system is reliable, and it is a high-precision system, and is economic for the processing of diamond, graphite, etc.
