摘    要:一种光纤位移传感器,光路方案选择合理,结构简单,抗干扰能力强,且采用低零漂,低噪声,高增益带宽的集成模块及微机处理,使位移测量的分辩率高达10^-11m以上,并能进行在线检测。

Abstract:A novel optical fiber displacement sensor has been succesfully developed,which is following properties rasonable scheme,simiple configuration,and good noise immunity.The sensor can processe the signals with low zerodrift,low noise and high gain integrated circuits as well as micro computer.This makes resolution of little displacement measurement to be 10 -11 m and on line measurement to be possible.
