摘    要:三角激光测距系统中用到的激光器的输出光功率会受到环境温度的影响,会直接影响激光测距的准确性与稳定性。激光器的驱动电路需要根据激光器的这个特性,进行温度补偿,最终使得激光器的输出光功率不受温度影响,这称为激光器的恒功率控制。依靠理论分析,并通过实际测试与改进,最终实现了激光器在-20~70℃的恒功率控制。在此基础上,驱动电路引入数字模拟转换模块(DAC),通过软件可以实时调整激光器的实际输出光功率,以应对更加复杂工作环境。

Abstract:The optical power of the laser used in the triangulation laser ranging system can be affected by the ambient temperature,which can directly affect the accuracy and stability of laser ranging.The driving circuit of the laser needed to compensate the temperature according to the characteristic of the laser,so that the output optical power of the laser was not affected by the temperature,which was called the constant power control of the laser.Based on theoretical analysis,and practical test and improvement,the constant power control of the laser at-20℃to 70℃was realized.In addition,the driver circuit introduced the digital analog conversion module(DAC),and the actual output optical power of laser can be adjusted in real time through software to cope with more complex working environment.
