可判向磁敏电阻转速传感器

摘    要:简要介绍了磁敏电阻转速传感器的敏感元件——InSb磁敏电阻的工作原理。设计了一种可以判别齿轮转向的判向测速电路,并给出了对应于判向与倍频功能的时序图。测速时对传感器输出信号进行了四倍频,提高了测速精度。采用高性能的可编辑逻辑器件(PID)GAL16V8代替了通常的分立器件,实现判向倍频的功能,简化了外围电路,提高了判向测速电路的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract:The principle of InSb magnetoresistance was introduced.A circuit of direction-judgable and measuring rotative velocity was designed,and the time procedure drawing of direction-judgable and multiple-frequency circuit was provided.The measuring accuracy of velocity was improved by adopting the method of fourfold-frequency.The high-performance programmable logical device(PLD) GAL16V8 instead of normal discrete devices was utilized to realize the logical function,and besides,the stability and reliability of the di- rection-judgable and multiple-frequency circuit was improved.
