摘    要:根据电阻式棉花水争测试原理,利用Phillp380C552单片机设计了一种新型棉花水分在线自动测量仪。棉花压紧机的运动位置由霍尔器件自动判断;测量结果的温度补偿由单片机的计算功能实现。通过与主控系统的串行通信,实现了对测试仪的自动控制。实测结果表明,仪器含水率测量误差小于0.6%,低于国内现有同类仪器的测量误差(1%)。

Abstract:According to the fundamental theory for moisture content of cotton based on resistance,this paper designs a novel on-line automatic instrument,which is controlled by a single chip Philips 80c552.The holl device automatically locates the position of the pressing mechanism.The calculating function of the single chip makes the measuring results compensated.The serial communication connects the instrument to the main controlling system so that automation is achieved.The data of the experiment indicates that the measuring difference of the instrument is less than 0.6%,which is lower than that of the same kind of domestic instruments(1%).
