基于螺旋式光纤环输出光斑旋转的温度传感器

摘    要:采用将传感光纤绕制在螺旋型调制器上的方法,设计了一种基于光斑旋转角度调制的新型光纤温度传感器。根据螺旋型调制器所处环境温度的变化会使传感光纤产生双折射效应,从而使出射光斑发生旋转变化的原理,通过CCD获得不同温度下的出射光斑图像的变化情况以及利用MATLAB对所得数据进行处理,可以探测出温度变化与出射光斑旋转角度的关系,达到对温度间接测量的目的。实验证明,光斑旋转角度与温度变化在一定范围内有很好的线性关系,而且该传感系统灵敏度也比较高。

Abstract:By using the method by winding a sensing fiber around a spiral modulator,we designed a new fiber optical temperature sensor based on the spot rotation angle modulation.The change of the ambient temperature produces birefringence in the sensing fiber,and thus it results in the rotation change of the output spot.The output spot image corresponding to the change of the temperature is obtained by a CCD and analyzed by using MATLAB.It can detect temperature changes and figure out the relationship between the rotation angle of the output spot,indirectly measuring the temperature.Experiments show that the output spot rotation and temperature change within a certain range have a good linear relationship,and the sensitivity of the sensor system is relatively high.
