Abstract:A spectral response measuring system ECPR have been designed and developed. A measuring system for absolute spectral response of UV detector is invented, which comprises ultraviolet source, grating spectrometer, mobile detector platform, weak signal detection instrument, and computer with special software. The test is based on the reference detector and a detector to be measured is tested under identical conditions. And then the absolute spectral response is obtained. The system has a feature of automation, easy operation and high accuracy and provides a good solution for the measure of absolute spectral response of UV.
