摘    要:为实现对硅光电池光谱响应的快速、准确在线测试,开发一种硅光电池光谱响应测试软件系统.该系统采用三光栅单色仪、光源、样品室、精密锁相放大器、斩波器等作为硬件设备.该系统以VC++6.0为开发平台,具有高精度、高准确度,对外界干扰小等优点.并对硅光电池的光谱响应进行详细地分析、计算,表明与实测结果吻合.单晶硅的光谱响应的起...

Abstract:In order to achieve that can rapidly and accurately online test the spectral response of silicon photocell, a set of spectral response measurement software system of silicon photocell is developed. This system adopt three-grating monochromator, light source, sample room, precise lock-in amplifier, chopper and so on. This system based on VC++ 6.0 is high precision, high accuracy and little interference. The spectral response of silicon photocell was calculated in detail and fitted well with the tested results. Results showed that the starting wavelength and cut-off wavelength of spectral response were 400nm and 1100nm respectively. When the wavelength is 825nm, the peak of spectral response was 0.518A/W.
