| 摘 要： | 简述了宽禁带氮化镓(G aN)基半导体紫外探测器件的光谱特性,介绍了氮化镓(G aN)基半导体紫外探测器件在便携式紫外辐射计中的应用。文章着重讨论了便携式紫外辐射计的硬件实现方法。
