光波导中受控光信号时延研究

摘    要:提出了一种光波导中全光等效光速减缓方法,并结合计算机模拟和实验结果进行分析。在光折变波导材料中采用掩模法光写入Bragg光栅。随后在波导背面用红拍频激光对Bragg光栅进行擦除,使局部光栅被擦除而形成移动腔,其内可存入并传输信号。通过改变拍频光的群速度的方法,达到控制光信号传输速度的目的。该系统提供了一种实现等效光速减缓的新途径。

Abstract:This article propose a kind of all-optical equivalent controlled light speed slowdown method in the optical waveguide,and carry out analysis combining with the imitative and experiment test result.Through the method making use of mask,Bragg gratings are written into the optical waveguide that is made by photorefractive crystal.Then the red beat-frequency laser signal,which are written into through the reverse side of the waveguide,invalidated part of the gratings and formed the moving cavity to save and transmission the signal.Through the method of changing beat-frequency signal′s group velocity,achieve the purpose of control the optical signal velocity.It provides a new method of equivalent light speed slowdown.
