大视场平行光管光学系统的研制

摘    要:一般的平行光管,其视场角大多在±1°左右,而检测战斗机仪表的平行光管,其视场角要求达到±15°,为此必须对光学系统做特殊的设计。通过理论计算和Zemax光学设计软件的优化,给出了通光口径为Φ100mm、视场角为±15°的四分离式光学系统的实例,并介绍了物镜组制造时的材料检测、物镜组的加工、装配组合等相关技术措施。

Abstract:Generally,the angular field of view of the collimator is about ±1°.While that of the collimator utilized in the detection of the battle plane is up to±15°,the optical system should be designed specially.Through theoretical calculation and optimum by optical design software Zemax,this paper gave an example of four-separated type optical system,the limiting aperture and look angle of which is Φ100mm and±15°respectively.In addition,detection of the material,processing and assembly during the production of the objective lens group are introduced.
