摘    要:对基于DFB激光器四波混频效应的全光波长转换进行了理论研究。利用泵浦光场、信号光场以及转换光场的耦合波方程,讨论了注入信号光功率、归一化光栅耦合系数对波长转换特性的影响。研究结果表明,小的归一化光栅耦合系数和小的注入信号光功率可以获得较高的转换效率,减小归一化光栅耦合系数可以增大激光器的闽值增益,使得转换信号得以放大而获得较高的转换效率。

Abstract:Theoretical analysis of all-optical wavelength conversion based on four-wave mixing in a DFB Laser is presented in this paper.The influence of injected signal optical power and normalized grating coupling coefficient on wavelength conversion characteristics is discussed by use of the coupling wave equation between pumping optical field,signal optical field and converted optical field.The research result improved that a smaller normalized grating coupling coefficient and a lower injected signal optical power would bring higher conversion efficiency.The threshold gain of the laser can be increased by reducing normalized grating coupling coefficient,which will make the converted signal amplified and the conversion efficiency higher.
