Abstract:As a key technology for the establishment of a micro-analysis platform, microfluidic technology has not only gradually become functional, integrated, and miniaturized, but also has the characteristics of optics, microbiology, fluid physics, etc. Multi-field research has achieved cross-convergence. In recent years, many new miniaturized chip application fields have emerged. Among them, the microfluidic analysis platform combined with the optical system has received extremely wide attention. This article combines the concept of microfluidic technology to briefly clarify microfluidics control technology combined with a variety of cutting-edge scientific research fields of optical detection and analysis, such as microfluidic optics, microfluidic biological immunofluorescence detection, and the application of microfluidic in optical detection methods. The combination of microfluidic technology and optical system is introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of different fields are discussed, and the future development direction is concluded.
