基于Zemax的微型投影镜头设计

摘    要:利用Zemax光学设计软件设计了一款适用于0.6英寸数字光处理(DLP)的微型投影仪镜头。在满足性能要求的基础上,对普通投影仪加以优化,使投影仪结构更加紧凑,方便携带。系统焦距8.25mm,后工作距约为18mm,视场为70°。在33lp/mm处,中心MTF值大于0.6,边缘MTF值大于0.4。

Abstract:On the basis of meeting the design requirement, we optimize the common projector to make it smaller to carry. A mini-project lens for 0.6 in digital light processing(DLP) projectors is designed with an optical design software Zemax. The effective focal length is 8.25 mm. Back working distance is about 18 mm and field of view(FOV) is 70°. Its modulated transfer function(MTF ) in the center field is higher than 0.6 at 33 lp/mm and in the edge field is higher than 0.4.
