基于InGaAs/InP雪崩光电二极管的高速光子数可分辨探测

摘    要:通过正弦门低通滤波方案,实现了基于InGaAs/InP雪崩光电二极管(APD)的高速单光子探测。同时,配合多通道集成技术,完成了四合一的GHz单光子探测阵列。最后,通过空间分束的方法,实现了GHz 4光子的高速光子数可分辨探测。通过和理论值比较,发现光子数分辨的误差最大仅为2.285%,达到了有效的分辨。研究多通道光子数可分辨技术,为激光测距、随机数生成器以及量子保密通信等诸多领域的快速发展提供了保障。

Abstract:By using the sinusoidal gating and low-pass filtering scheme,high-speed single-photon detection based on InGaAs/InP APD has been achieved.Meanwhile,the four-in-one GHz single-photon detection array was completed with multimodal integration technology in this paper.Finally,we used the method of separating the beam in space to realize the GHz four-photon of high-speed photon-number-resolving detection.Comparing with the theoretical value,it could been found that the maximum error of the photon number was only 2.285%,revealing that the effective resolution could be achieved.The advance of the photon-number-resolving detectors could be used in the many fields,such as laser ranging and random number generator and quantum secret communication.
