利用Zemax评估RC光学系统研究

摘    要:针对RC(里奇-克莱琴)光学系统主次镜都为双曲面且轴外视场像散较大的特点,需要对这类光学系统的加工和装调过程进行分析,以明确加工误差和测试失调量对光学系统的影响。利用干涉仪和光学设计软件Zemax,对这类光学系统的光学特性进行分析。通过测试波像差与Zemax模拟结果的比对,完成了对加工误差和失调量的准确判断。经过对加工误差和失调量的正确修改,使光学系统的性能达到设计要求。

Abstract:RC optical system has hyperboloidal primary and secondary mirrors, and its off- axis field has large astigmatism. The processing and alignment of RC optical system has some particular characters. The effects of errors in the processing and alignment of RC optical system need analyzing. The traits in the processing and alignment were evaluated by using interferometer and software Zemax. Comparing the tested wavefront with those simulated results of Zemax, the errors in the processing and alignment of an RC optical system were judged. After proper modifications of the processing errors and misalignments, this optical system loaded in the design finally.
