电子散斑剪切干涉相移技术的研究

摘    要:在散斑干涉技术中,待测量与干涉条纹图的相位信息直接相关,因此从干涉条纹图提取相位分布信息就显得尤为重要。文中对平移沃拉斯顿棱镜相移法进行理论分析,证明平移棱镜可以引入稳定、线性的附加相位,给出了棱镜移动和附加相位的关系。利用周边固定中心加载的圆盘进行实验。给出了实验结果,证明平移棱镜相移法可以有效地从干涉条纹中定量提取位移导数信息。

Abstract:In ESPI, the quality which need to measure is directly related to phase message, so itrs important to extract information from phase message. This paper gives the theoretical analysis of method of the translating Wollaston prism phase-shifts technique and proves it could introduce additional phase of stability and linearity. The relationship between the movement of prism and the additional phase is offered. A typical experiment about the method is carried out by using a centrally loaded clamped circular plate. The result is offered, it shows that method of translating Wollaston prism phase-shifts technique could effectively obtain displacement derivative field from fringe patterns of test object.
