Abstract:With the development of the high power LED lighting and the lighting technique, LEDs have been applied widely in illumination fields, It also has brought new challenges for the light design of lamps and lanterns. Based on the actual requirements of LED′s application in railway signal light, a research on the optical system of LED railway signal light and its optical requirements are made. A optical lens structure is designed. And through simulation with optical simulation software Tracepro, the design structure meets requirement of light intensity and diffuse angle of railway signal light.
