Abstract:Polarized beam has attracted much attention recently due to its novel properties and applications. Experimental method of special polarized beam is very significant and necessary. A simple and convenient method for generating cylindrical symmetry incoherent vector beam is proposed. Conic polarization device which is made of polarizing film is core component in this method. Incident beam can be converted into cylindrical symmetry incoherent vector beam when passing through this device. Experimental results show that this kind of method is simple and feasible. The cylindrical symmetry incoherent vector beam has features of high reliability and good applicability.
