数码相机整机成像均匀度的自动检测方法

为了保证数码照相机的成像质量,现提出一种数码相机(DSC)整机成像均匀度的检测方法。首先讨论了数码相机成像平面成像均匀度的影响因素,然后用待测数码相机拍摄均匀目标板,利用计算机采集数码相机成像图片,用MatLab工具箱提取图像各元素点的三元色R、G、B值及L(亮度)值,并编程计算相应的标准偏差,从而得出被测数码相机的成像均匀度。该结果与JB/T10362—2002标准中的相应指标比对,从而判断被测数码相机整机成像均匀度的合格情况,为数码相机成像性能的评价提供客观定量的依据。

An examining method for the imaging uniformity of digital still camera

In order to ensure the quality of digital still camera （DSC） imaging, An examining method was proposed for examining the imaging uniformity of DSC. Firstly, the influence factors of illumination distribution on digital camera imaging planes was discussed. Secondly, the uniformity target was shot with digital still camera and the value of red, green, blue and luminance of photos was extracted from the images with MatLab utility boxes. The standard deviation of R, G, B and L was calculated by computer program. Contrast the indicator of imaging uniformity in the JB/T10362 - 2002 standard and judge whether the uniformity of imaging of the tested DSC is up to grade or not, and then offer reference data on the quantity for evaluating digital still camera imaging.
