空间太阳能电池盖板图像获取与处理研究

摘    要:空间太阳能电池玻璃盖板损坏,将可能危及电池体和电池板的工作状态,需要在升空前加以更换。文章采用暗场照明的方式采集电池图像,首先经过几何和光照不均匀校正,然后作数学形态学等方面的处理,还提出了尺度去噪的方法,结果达到了玻璃裂缝的检测要求,证明文章所用算法是一种有效的处理方法。

Abstract:The damage of glass sheet of the solar cell may take the danger to the battery and its working, so the exchange is necessary before it blastoff. In this paper, with the dark-field illumination being used for the collection of the glass photos, methods of reducing non-uniform illumination and geometric rectification of image carried up firstly, mathematic morphology is performed then, and a new arithmetic called yardstick for reducing noise is put forward for the first time. The experiment results show that the processing supplied in this paper is to meet the detection, and improve the arithmetic carried up in the paper is an effective processing method.
