| 摘 要： | 借助数字化平台,利用Pro/E软件及内嵌eDrawings技术,可视化地展现车床中主要部件的结构并虚拟仿真其拆装过程,作为实物拆装训练的辅助教学手段,虚拟技术可建立起二维平面与三维实物之间的有机连接,实现从课本到实践的平滑过渡,通过对机床的无损伤动态模拟仿真,可有效降低后续实物拆装环节的出错率,并能有效控制教学成本,优化教学资源。

| Abstract: | With the digital platform and by using the software Pro/E and its embedded technology,we can visually display the main parts of lathe and its assembling/disassembling,virtual technology can achieve the smooth transition from textbooks to practice as a means of physical access secondary teaching training, it may build connections between two-dimensional and three-dimensional physical, it can effectively decrease error rate for subsequent physical disassembly and assembly link with the damage-free dynamic simulation of machine tool,and effectively control the teaching cost,optimize the teaching resources. |
