| 摘 要： | 为了提高制造系统的可控性和运行效率，需要及时掌握其运行状态信息，并以此为依据采取相应的措施。通过对车间控制系统现状的研究，提出一种基于智能反馈的制造系统动态监测与调控方法，采用一定的算法高效地监测制造系统的运行状态，并针对出现的不确定性因素进行系统的重组织。最后。通过实例分析了该方法的工作流程。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the controllability and efficiency of manufacturing system, its status information should be hold in time, and then some corresponding measures are taken according to it. By research on the actuality about SFC(System for Factory Control), this paper presents a method of dynamic monitoring and scheduling based on intelligence feedback. The method takes some algorithms that can monitor running status of manufacturing system efficiently and reorganize the system according to uncertain factors occurred. Finally, the workflow is analyzed by an instance. |
