| 摘 要： | 首先较详细的描述了本研究中使用的紫铜管绕制的线框电极的结构和尺寸,对试验条件和方法作了简要的说明,分析了管电极中的小孔的冲液方向对电火花套型加工效果的影响.介绍了使用的紫铜管绕制的线框电极加工模具的试验结果及其原因,最后对采用实心紫铜丝绕制的线框电极和采用紫铜管绕制的线框电极的主要加工指标作了对比分析. |
