弧形金属基超硬磨料砂轮在位精密修形的研究

摘    要:采用电火花在位修形技术,对弧形金属基超硬磨料砂轮进行了精密成形修形实验,结果表明:与传统“对磨法”相比,修形精度和效率上都有大幅度提高:当放电间隙为55μm,放电电流为15 A,占空比为20%,砂轮转速为1200 r/min时,获得轮廓偏差PV值为4.58μm的高精度砂轮。修形精度提高12.09%,修形效率提高37%。

Abstract:The EDM in-situ dressing technology is used to carry out the precision dressing experiment on the arc-shaped metal base superabrasive wheel.The results show that:compared with the traditional Compared with the"opposite grinding method",the precision and efficiency of the dressing are greatly improved:when the discharge gap is 55μm,the discharge current is 15 A,the duty cycle is 20%,and the rotation speed of the grinding wheel is 1200 r/min,the high precision grinding wheel with the contour deviation PV value of 4.58μm is obtained.The efficiency and accuracy of the modification were increased by 37%and 12.09%.
