摘    要:现代产品几何技术规范(GPS)中提出的操作及算子技术,为实现几何产品检验/认证过程的数字化和规范化提供了必要的技术基础。文章在阐述GPS操作及操作算子技术的基础上,进一步以平面度误差的评定为例,详细分析了传统的平面度误差评定方法中存在的不足,研究并分析了基于GPS的平面度误差数字化评定的实现思路及关键技术。

Abstract:Operation and operator technologies introduced by Geometrical Product Specification and Verification(GPS) provide the necessary knowledge grounds for digitization and standardization of verification process of geometrical products . By explaining the basic ideas of GPS operation and operator technologies and also by taking the flatness error evaluation as an example, this paper illuminates the deficiency of the traditional flatness error evaluation method. Furthermore, the method and the key technique of digitized flatness error evaluation based on GPS are put forward.
