| 摘 要： | 根据现有栅式位移传感器存在的分辨率不高、抗干扰力不强等不足而开展了这项研究.提出"用时间测量空间"的新方法,介绍了由此思想而设计的一种全新原理的传感器--"时栅"位移传感器.
