五轴磨床加工精密球面的磨削形态及运动分析

摘    要:为了了解五轴磨床中杯形砂轮用于球面工件磨削的特点,通过坐标变换方法,给出了加工球面时杯形砂轮一点的磨削轨迹方程;基于轨迹方程,分析了磨削形态与加工参数之间的关系,导出螺距公式,提出条纹主带概念;最后进行了运动学分析,并依据杯形砂轮平面磨削实验结果,给出了杯形砂轮的理论磨削力变化曲线.分析表明,杯形砂轮加工球面的磨削形态近似对称,但磨削条件是不对称的.
