摘    要:为获得较好的机床动特性和更符合实际的分析结果,利用Pro/M与ANSYS分别对自行设计的某数控车床床身进行了模态分析,结果表明床身固有频率高,稳定性好;并对两者之间差异进行了分析,利用Pro/M分析Pro/E中建模的零件,结果更符合实际.最后进行了灵敏度优化,并提出了结构优化策略.

Abstract:In order to obtain a better machine dynamic characteristic and more realistic results,two kinds of modal analysis of a self-designed NC lathe bed were done separately by Pro/M and ANSYS.The results show that the inherent frequency of the bed is high,and the stability is good.Pro/M analysis results of parts in the Pro/E model are more realistic.The difference between two analysis results was also analyzed.
