自由曲面薄壁工件加工的柔性定位方法研究

摘    要:针对飞行器大型薄壁件为刚度极差的弹性体且表面轮廓为自由曲面,传统的面向刚体的六点定位原理和相应的工艺装备技术已不能适用这类工件的高效高精度加工这一问题,对新的弹性体曲面定位方法和相应的薄壁件柔性工艺装备技术进行了研究,探讨了系统数学模型的建立和求解柔性定位/支承阵列位置坐标的实用方法,并给出了基于UG/open的实现方案与相关的案例验证数据.验证结果表明,提出的方法和实现方案较好地解决了柔性定位/支承阵列的精确求解,满足了项目的总体要求.
