高速铣削AF1410高强度钢的实验研究

摘    要:高强度钢具有优异的机械性能和广阔的应用,但切削加工较为困难,存在加工效率低,加工表面质量差等问题。以AF1410高强度钢为研究对象,应用高速铣削的加工方法,使用涂层硬质合金刀片,对AF1410高强度钢进行了高速铣削实验,研究分析了在高速切削条件下刀具磨损、切削力、切削温度以及已加工表面粗糙度的变化规律。研究发现以TiCN和Al2O3组合的CVD涂层刀具可以适应AF1410高强度钢的长时间高速稳定切削,刀具磨损形态主要为后刀面的正常磨损;切削过程中径向力Fr最大、轴向力Fz次之、切向力Ft最小,随着切削长度的增加,径向力Fr与轴向力Fz的增幅较大,切向力Ft变化较小;切削长度增加,刀具刚切出的切屑温度逐渐上升,而工件已加工表面温度的增幅较小;已加工表面粗糙度随切削长度增加波动较小。

Abstract:High-strength steel has excellent mechanical properties and wide application,but cutting is difficult,there are low processing efficiency,poor quality processing surface and other problems.In this paper,AF1410 high-strength steel as the research object,the application of high-speed milling machining methods,the use of coated carbide blades,the AF1410 high-strength steel high-speed milling experiments,research and analysis of tool wear,cutting force,cutting temperature and processed surface roughness changes in the conditions.The study found that CVD-coated tools combined with TiCN and Al2O3can be adapted to long-term high-speed stable cutting of AF1410 high-strength steels,and that tool wear patterns are mainly normal wear on the flank surface;Radial force Fris the largest,axial force Fzis second,and tangential force Ftis minimal during cutting,and as the cutting length increases,the radial force Frand axial force Fzincrease significantly and the tangential force Ftchanges less;The chip temperature just cut out by the tool increases gradually,and the workpiece machined surface temperature increases less,and the roughness of the machined surface fluctuates less with the increase in cutting length.
