| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了机械领域的安全要求以及西门子安全集成技术的基本原理.通过西门子安全集成技术在高速卧式车削中心HTC40100zy上的应用实例,介绍了与安全集成相关的数控电气控制系统的硬件和软件的设计方法和过程.最后提出了在数控机床上应用安全集成技术的必要性和积极意义.
