摘    要:美国Delta Tau数据系统公司生产的PMAC系列产品被公认为是当前世界工业控制领域中功能最强大的可编程多轴运动控制器,被广泛的应用在基于"运动控制器 PC"的开放式数控系统之中.在这种数控系统中,刀具微动、工件对刀、工作台的随动等都是不可或缺的功能,这些功能通常是通过设置手轮脉冲跟随工作方式而实现的.本文在PMAC所提供的位置跟随功能的基础之上,提出了实现手轮脉冲跟随的两种方法.

Abstract:PMAC, the product of Delta Tau Data System, Inc. USA, is regarded as the most popular and powerful Programmable Multi-Axis Controller in the world. It was widely used in the open architecture CNC system based on "Motion-controller PC". In this kind of CNC system, there are some necessary functions, which are achieved by the position following of handwheel impulser, such as jiggle of cutters, calibrating, working table's position following, etc.. In this paper, two methods, which are based on PMAC's position following function, are implemented to achieve the position following function of handwheel impulser.
