新世纪的干切削技术

摘    要:干切削作为一种新型的绿色制造技术,不仅能避免切削液对环境的污染,而且能大幅度降低产品的生产成本。文章论述了干切削研究的国内外现状,在讨论切削液原有功能的基础上,对实现干切削的刀具技术,机床技术和工艺技术进行了系统的分析与研究,介绍了准干切削技术及其应用,展望了干切削技术今后的发展。

Abstract:As a new green manufacturing technology, dry cutting is effective not only in avoiding the environmental pollution due to cutting fluid, but also in dropping production cost greatly. Research status of dry cutting both at home and abroad is presented; a systematic analysis and study is conducted on the tool, machine tool and process technology for realizing dry cutting based on the original functions of cutting fluid. The near-dry cutting technology and its application is introduced, the future development of dry cutting technology is prospected.
