基于单片机的步进电机细分驱动控制系统

摘    要:为了使步进电机的定位更为准确,以高速、高性能C8051F005单片机为核心,结合步进电机驱动芯片L297/298,设计出步进电机的斩波恒流细分驱动控制系统.实际运行表明,步进电机运行稳定,具有步距角小、转矩恒定、功耗低等优点,提高了定位准确度,达到精密控制的目的.

Abstract:For the higher precession of step motor, with high speed and performance microprocessor C8051F005 as the kernel, combining with blending step motor driving chip L297/298, the driving control system of step motor of switch-mode and constant current was designed. The experiment shows that the control system runs stably with the merit of little stepping angle unvaried torque and low power consumption and has the higher precision in the running of step motor.
