摘    要:为了获得Kenics型静态混合器在高雷诺数下的压力降规律,在雷诺数Re=4100~4000000范围内,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,通过对5种不同长径比的Kenics静态混合器的内部流动进行数值模拟来获取数据。量纲分析表明了Kenics静态混合器的压力降特性可以通过3个无量纲参数:摩擦因数Cf、混合器单元长径比AR、雷诺数Re来描述。根据数值模拟结果作出了这3个参数的关系曲线,提出了一个新的无量纲压力降关系式。研究结果表明,在雷诺数大于200000时,Cf值趋于恒定,与Re值无关,同时通过和文献中的实验、计算数据进行比较,证实了压力降曲线和关系式的准确性。

Abstract:In order to obtain turbulent flow pressure drop rule in SK static mixer, computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method was applied to numerically simulate flow in five Kenics static mixers with different aspeet ratio of a mixing element(AR) over a wide range of 4 100 to 4 000 000 to get pressure drop datas. Dimensional analysis revealed that the pressure drop characteristic of the Kenics static mixer can be described by three dimensionless parameters, such as the friction factor, Reynolds number, and aspect ratio of a mixing element. According to the numerical simulation datas, a graphical summary was made to describe the relation of the three dimensionless parameters, a new dimensionless pressure drop correlation was developed. The results indicate that the value of Cj becomes cnnstant and has no correlation with the value of Re when the Renolds number is larger than 200 000. The reliability of the proposed pressure drop rule and correlation is validated by the comparison with various experimental and computational data reported in the literature.
