NAND闪存面向负载均衡的空间管理

摘    要:为延长NAND闪存的寿命,需要采用面向负载均衡的空间管理策略来提高闪存擦除的均匀程度和减少擦除次数。采用面向负载均衡的空间管理策略及模块化的设计思路,把空间管理划分为3个相对独立的部分:空间分配、空间删除和垃圾空间回收,各个部分独立工作,分别考虑和实现负载均衡,并实现了简洁、实用的垃圾回收算法。实验结果表明,所设计的NAND闪存文件系统空间管理策略很好地保证了空间管理的基本功能,并具有良好的负载均衡特性。
