比例电磁铁性能测试系统的研制

摘    要:为准确、可靠、方便地测试比例控制系统中的关键单元一比例电磁铁的静态性能,根据比例电磁铁的结构特征及其性能特点,结合传感与控制技术,研制了比例电磁铁静态特性测试平台。以LabVIEW为开发环境,结合数据库技术设计了相应的测试软件,实现了比例电磁铁静态性能的自动化精准测试,并对某型号的比例电磁铁进行了具体试验与分析。研究结果表明,该测试系统操作方便安全,测试结果准确可靠,适用于常见比例电磁铁静态特性的测试。
