Abstract:In order to analyze the gear manufacturing process by measuring the gear mesh-noise,a noise measurement system was developed.The hardware of the system was used to collect and analyze the gear noise signal,and the processed results of noise could be real-time displayed.Further more,in order to contrastively analyze the noise signal,a USB module was used to communicate with PC.FFT&ZFFT analysis method was applied in the interface,the analysis results could also be real-time displayed and preserved.Finally,te...
