| 摘 要： | 介绍了乳化炸药生产线油水相流量配比控制系统的工艺特点和PID控制器的缺陷，引入了模糊控制器，并阐述了其结构原理和具体设计过程，同时给出了由PLC实现的模糊控制程序设计。实验结果表明，用PLC实现的模糊控制器简单实用，提高了油水相流量配比的控制性能，为乳化炸药生产线油水相流量配比控制系统的发展提供了参考。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of oil and water flow-mixing control system for emulsion explosive product line and disadvantages of PID controller were introduced. A fuzzy-controller was introduced and its structure was expatiated,and programs of fuzzy controller based on PLC were given, Related experiment result shows that, fuzzy controller with PLC is simple and practical, it improves the control capability of oil and water flow-mixing, and it offers a reference to the development direction of oil and water flow-mix- ing control system for emulsion explosive product line. |
