圆锥形变幅杆的设计及有限元分析

摘    要:超声变幅杆是功率超声振动系统中的重要组成部件。本文以一个实际应用为例通过解析法设计一个半波长圆锥形变幅杆,并用有限元软件ANSYS对对变幅杆进行模态分析,确定变幅杆的固有频率。最后用有限元法对带工具的变幅杆进行修正设计,使变幅杆的某阶固有频率和系统工作频率相等,确保变幅杆在工作中能够可靠地纵向共振。

Abstract:Ultrasonic amplitude transformer is an important part in the power ultrasonic vibrating systems. With an application example, this paper designs a half-wavelength amplitude transformer of conical type by analysis method, then it makes freedom modal analysis on the transformer with finite element analysis software ANSYS, and obtains the intrinsic frequency of transformer. Finally it amends the transformer which attached tool by finite element method, the purpose of amendment design is to let certain intrinsic frequency equal to the system frequency, so as to make sure that transformer can lengthways resonate reliably when it is working.
