| 摘 要： | 为了提高企业的核心竞争力，越来越多的企业把供应商引入其供应链中，但如何选择合适的供应商是困扰企业的一个关键问题。在描述零件供应商选择模型的基础上，提出了基于信息熵的零件供应商选择和评价方法，避免了传统的供应商评价和选择方法主观性过强的特点，并以实例说明了本方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | It is important to select a supplier of parts for enterprises. The traditional approaches for selecting and evaluating suppliers involve much more subjectivity in common. Describing the selecting model of suppliers of parts, the paper puts forward a method based on information entropy to select and evaluate suppliers of parts. Finally, the paper gives an example to illustrate the algorithm validity. |
