摘    要:采用CFD软件对研发的最小流量阀内部流场进行了仿真实验,得到了阀内压力、速度、振动和噪声的情况。分析结果表明,迷宫式节流阀芯通过多级转弯流道实现逐级稳定降压,能够有效的限制流速上升过快,防止由于压力突变引起的闪蒸、气蚀及冲蚀、振动和噪声的损害。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of cavitation damage of the minimum flow valve in the Ultra - Super- critical Thermal Power Units, the internal turbulent fluid field of the minimum flow control valve was simulated by using the CFD simulation experiment, the distribution of pressure field and velocity field of the valve on the practical condition were obtained. The results show that the labyrinth trim can accomplish step by step the multistage steady decompression by taking advantage of the multistage turning runner,effectively limit to increase the velocity and prevent flash, cavitation and erosion due to the stress abruptly change. The article can provide a reference for the design and research of the minimum flow regulating valve.
