高温平板闸阀密封结构的分析与研究

摘    要:介绍了高温平板闸阀在设计和使用的过程中出现的问题,重点分析和综述了因高温引起的材料热膨胀、热交变疲劳、软化、螺栓垫片松弛和密封泄漏导致的阀体失效机制,针对高温失效机制,总结了国内外研究学者提出的高温平板阀密封结构的优化和改进,展望和预测了高温平板闸阀未来的研究重点和方向.

Abstract:This paper reviewed the study about high temperature gate valve in recent years.The problems showed in the design and utilization were introduced.The failure mechanism caused by the material heat expansion,fatigue soften,fasten and gasket loss,and seal structure leakage were presented.The researches of the domestic and foreign scholars to improve and optimize the high temperature gate valve were concluded.Finally,the future study trend was predicted.
