超高压阀门波纹管的研制

摘    要:目前国内超高压阀门波纹管的设计还无统一的设计方法,采用有限元法为基础对公称压力42MPa(2500LB)阀门波纹管进行初始设计能够降低研发成本和周期。通过工程试验检测证明采用有限元法对波纹管的设计研发具有实际指导意义。该波纹管的设计方法涉及材料选型到波纹管参数确定及定型的全过程,对超高压阀门波纹管的设计具有通用性。

Abstract:At present,there is no unified design method for the design of ultra-high pressure valve bellows in China.Using the finite element method as the basis for the initial design of 2500LB valve bellows can reduce the development cost and cycle time.Through engineering test,it is proved that the finite element method has practical guiding significance for the design and development of bellows.The design method of the bellows involves the whole process from material selection to parameter determination and shaping of the bellows,and it is universal to the design of the bellows of the ultra-high pressure valve.
