天然气分输减压阀流场模拟及低温应力场计算

摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,模拟实际工况载荷,对天然气分输站减压阀进行了天然气流场、阀体有限元静力及热应力分析。依据分析结果,得出阀内流场及热应力分布规律,找出阀体结构的薄弱部位,为工况条件下阀体的安全可靠性评估提供依据。

Flow Field Simulation and Stress Field Calculation of the Natural Gas Distribution Valve

Abstract:Based on the analysis platform of element analysis software ANSYS, the model of valve and gas in valve in a certain gas distribution station are established, body thermal stress, natural gas flow field analysis and valve body static and thermal stress analysis are carried out respectively. According to the results of calculation and analysis, this paper finds out the distribution discipline of flow field and thermal stress inside the valve and analyzes safety performance in valve body' s weak parts, which provides basis for the reliability evaluation of the valve body.
