高温蝶阀密封结构的改进

摘    要:分析了进口高温蝶阀在炼油制氢中出现外漏的原因。给出了改进后蝶阀密封副的结构设计尺寸和蝶板变形值的计算方法及其在使用要求下对主要部件所作的计算和校核。对蝶阀密封副改进后结构的合理性及其在使用工况下的优越性能作了分析与介绍。

Abstract:Analyzing the cause of outer leak for inlet high temperature butterfly valve occurred in oil refining hydrogen making unit,Describing the design dimension of trim structure of butterfly valve after improvement and calculating methods for disc diformation value as well as calculation and check for main components under the operating requirements.Introducing the reasonableness of butterfly valve trim after improvement and superiority under the operating conditions.
