摘    要:本文介绍基于磁弹效应测试钢缆索索力的原理,提出双励磁双循环的磁路结构,用磁导法对其进行磁路分析,讨论了磁路的磁化方式、磁化强度的选取及具体结构设计。并以脉冲直流磁化方式,钢索最大磁导率对应的磁场强度作为励磁强度进行了实验分析。实验分析结果与理论一致,表明该磁路结构设计合理、工作可靠,重复性精度优于0.5%。

Abstract:The principle of cable tension measurement based on magneto-elastic effect for steel cable is introduced.The magnetic circuit structure with double excitation and double circle is put forward.According to the theory of magnetic conductance,the magnetic circuit is theoretically analyzed,and the selection of magnetization mode and magnetic intensity is discussed in details.The structure design of the magnetic circuit was carried out.With the magnetization mode of pulse direct current and the magnetic intensity corresponding to the maximum permeability of the cable,experiments were processed.Experimental results indicate that the structure design of the magnetic circuit is reasonable and reliable.The repeat measurement accuracy is better than 0.5%.
