GD9821在线总磷自动分析仪的研究

在化工，火力发电等企业中，应用于循环冷却水中的膦系药剂具有良好的阻垢，缓蚀作用，因而得到了广泛应用，但其在线检测及控制在我国尚属一个空白。本文从研究检测总磷的分析方法入手，解决了总磷中有机组分的磷酸盐不易测量的难题，开发研制了基于紫外－光氧化法的GD9821在线检测总磷的自动分析仪，并在现场得到了试运行。

Study on Automatic Analysis Instrument of GD9821 On-line Total Phosphorus

In the chemical industry and firepower plants, the medicines of organic phosphorus series used in the cycling cooling water have the good effect on the anti filth and preventing erosion. As the result, it had been widely used. However, the research of on line detecting and controlling of it is still untouched in China. This paper, through the study of analysis methods of total phosphorus, manages to measure the harddetected phosphate which is the organic part of the total phosphorus, and develops an automatic analysis instrument of total phosphorus on line detecting based on UV photooxidation. The test run of this instrument named GD9821 has been done on the spot.
